Summary:

Challenge - Position C-COR as the provider of next-generation, IP-based solutions that addressed the needs of broadband operators across the entire enterprise, while leveraging their 50-year-plus proven track record of supplying outstanding technologies and services to leading broadband operators around the world.

Strategy - Develop an integrated rebranding campaign, targeting c-level decision makers in leading broadband companies across all major communication touch points – website, traditional direct mail and electronic direct mail, trade advertising (traditional and online), sales collateral and events.

Result - Qualitative post-survey (1:1 interviews) with key customers, analysts, media, investors and employees indicated significant awareness/understanding of new re-branding efforts and elements, including company positioning, new brand personality, new design elements and new messaging.
