The existing strengths drawn upon to achieve this were: - The property – beautiful, attractively located, historically significant, accommodating - The owners/hosts – corporate backgrounds, professional, gracious - The good name and reputation - The services – experienced in providing facilities for bed & breakfast, executive retreats, meetings and special events - Acceptance by the owners that the current brand needed to be repositioned and revitalized Result - The deliverables included: an updated identity, website, correspondence materials, advertisements and brochure.
