Challenge - To diligently help in the transition from a second to third generation company. The undertaking was multi-pronged: revitalize and modernize existing brands, better align services and product offerings with evolving customer preferences and the expectations of the market, and be a catalyst for evolution within the organization—engage a culture going through succession transition.

Strategy - Our involvement included delivering strategic brand-centric succession planning counsel, coaching the transition of the brand culture aligned with top quartile roles with family and non-family members, building best-in-class working organizational and brand architectures, and creating engaging sub-brand packaging and communications tools for internal buy-in and external awareness of the family business’ brand advantages with legacy clients and distributors for building sustainable BrandEquity®.

Result - Numerous registered sub-brands, including: retail legacy brands, food service and industrial brands and private label brands benefited from the emotional development and are thriving with ongoing brand management of their guiding principles and standards that consist of: brand and sub-brand architecture, naming registration and trademarks, visual identity and application guidelines, corporate citizenship/sponsorship initiatives, and communications and marketing initiatives, in addition to packaging and label design and the creation, production and fabrication of: sector specific and industry advertising, environment graphics, brochures and sell sheets for product lines and individual products, website updates, e-newsletters, and trade show booth, banners and collateral.
