Ent Federal Credit Union Rebrand by PRACO

Summary:

Challenge - Brand research indicated the prevailing view of Ent Federal Credit Union (Colorado’s largest) was based on Ent's history as a military credit union, rather than future capabilities as a sophisticated, community-chartered credit union with membership open to all.

Strategy - Create a relevant brand platform that would redefine Ent as the area's financial services provider of choice, establishing broader brand relevancy with existing and new members and employees, and create stronger brand preferences for a wide variety of products, solutions and services. Ent's new brand would connect in a meaningful way with current and potential members, as well as employees, emphasizing why Ent is “where they belong.”

Result - Since the launch of Ent's rebranding efforts, the number of new accounts has increased by 23 percent. Total loans, another key indicator, is growing at a faster pace than ever before. Ent now boasts a record $1.8 billion in assets.
