Summary: Industry Setting/Challenge: - Tutor Time Child Care/Learning Centers suffered from low brand awareness and lack of consistency in their materials. They needed to distinguish themselves in the crowded childcare marketplace, as well as provide turnkey creative and media solutions for franchisees. Strategy/Result: - After careful internal and external exploration, re:group convinced Tutor Time to focus their efforts around their proprietary curriculum, which is the first in the industry organized around child development theorist Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences. In short, to become the one childcare center that sees and cultivates the unique “smarts” of every single child.
