Challenge -
• Rebrand was to provide stability to the new owners and their customers
• It’s relatively small size made production issues and quantities hard to find vendors
• They wanted to provide not only an upgrade to their identity, but also show that
the new owners were forward thinkers and young
Strategy -
• Through one-on-one interviews with many of the employees, their stories of being faithful to
MacNeill and what they do was a testament to its longevity
• Depicting that MacNeill was more than “insurance” and that they were out to help and be the
“bridge” so many talked about was partly what drove the creative
• Providing consistency in-house as well as creative outsourced provides for the insurance agent
a solid and grounded company.
Result -
• Strong and visually progressive identity for their market
• Company has opened offices within other SE Regional markets
• Employee turn-over rate is low to non-existent
• Their business has grown over 300% within the past 3 years
